Notice you have a small grade to your lot. Did it cost any extra because the lot is not 100% flat? All the other blogs I have followed all the homes were on real flat like lots.
ReplyDeleteIt was normal pricing! I can't recall ifmanythingnwas more or less expensive because of the lay of the land, but I don't think so. Being on a slope also afforded us a basement exterior door, which is extremely good for us.
